[Tekken 6] KC Enters the King of Iron Fist Tournament

I've gone to the Shop for this one day earlier and had to argue with the gamestop guy for a while before I could manage to make him sell me the Limited Edition one day earlier than the launch date.
Well I made it in the end, inside the limited edition there were lots of stuff: Big Artbook, Big Instruction Manual(so big that can't fit inside the normal Xbox sleeve), a giant poster of one of the new characters (Lars), The Game(lol ofc) and a hoodie sweat of Tekken 6 which were pretty nice, and i were pretty surprise that i fit into that knowing it's "L" size.

I really played it a lot in these 2 days. I decided that i would learn using every character this time, that's my Achievement for this chapter. I mainly prefer character like Jin and Kazuya, I always used to use these 2 character in previous chapters, but this game features lot of fighters which interests me, maybe even more than my former favourites. There are mainly 40 Playable Characters, 34 from previous Tekkens and 6 new, i will try to write something about these new character for all that i've seen:

Bob: A fat guy who uses a custom fighting style to beat guys up. Despite his big size, he's really fast, maybe one of the fastest male character in the whole game, and hits considerably hard. He should be american if i recall correctly, and seems to be really devoted to Justice.

Lars: Main Character of the Campaign Mode. He's a Rebel Army Leader fighting against Mishima Zaibatsu Corporation, now leaded by Jin Kazama. He's Sweeden, even if he doesn't look too much like a sweedish guy. I like a lot his fighting style, Custom too i think, remembers me of K' in King of Fighters, lol, i even changed one of his costumes to give him some kind of "KoF Look". He's my favourite of the new character, very fast and effective.

Zafina: An Egyptian Girl. She's... I don't know.. Ordinary Girl? I mean what do girls do in fighting games? lol no ok I'm joking, she's an expert assassin even if she look like some disco-girl lol, she also tries to stop Jin, i don't know much more than this.

Miguel: Oh man, Tekken SO needed a character like this. There's so many description that fits this character. He basicly look like a Toreador on his first outfit, but the fighting style isn't nearly affected by that. His second outfit totally made him look like Brad Pitt in "The Snatch", and that is great because his fighting style is also like that. He doesn't even keep his guard up lol, looks so energic when he hits the enemy. Love this Character even if i don't have a clue how to make it effective lol. He's from Spain as you can guess lol.

Alisa: Some kind of Experimental Girl. Main Character of campaign mode. I hate her, she doesn't belong to tekken. Her fighting style is crazy, when she normally rams at enemyes and some kind of metallic wings appear on her back. She also have Chainsaw appearing on her arms sometimes. She's the "daughter" of Dr. Boskonovich.

Leo: A Kid. No seriously, he look like a kid, but he's 19. His fighting style is Bajiquan and don't ask me what it is I just don't know. He remembers me of Leon of Virtua Fighters, even if i've heard his character was based on Rock Howard, and now that i think of it, he really resemble rock howard way more than Leon. He's German but doensn't quite look like a german character.

Next i'll be talking about Character taken from Dark Resurrection, the second version of tekken 5 which many ppl don't know:

Dragunov: Russian Human Weapon, looked like an SS officer to me when i first saw him lol, he has scary look, kinda look like Marylin Manson with officer outfit.

Lili: Cute Blonde German Girl. She fight her enemies with his Fighting style, kinda look like she's dancing, somehow cute to see.

Included with the 34 character we see Armor King, which unexpectedly returned after being killed in Tekken 4! Too bad there is no Tag Mode in this tekken because would have been so cool to see King and Armor King fighting together like they did in TT.
I miss Tag mode. Only game who supports TAG for next-gen console is Dead or Alive 4 but I don't like it at all :X.
I guess I'll have to hope for some DLC.
I will talk about Tekken more probably in the next days, when i've mastered some characters:P

[RL] Kickboxing + Diet = Fail

I've been training so hard lately, my muscles hurts all over:(, i've also been trying to control the thing i eat, excluding sweets and such.
Would be fine if it wasn't so hard. I mean, this week i've been twice to the restaurant, and to a birthday party where i ate some sweets, and tonite i have to go to a Japanese Restaurant with a friend.
Buh.. how long i can go like this?

[FFXI] Goodbye.

It's since a while i wanted to quit, i really can't found any good reason to play. I will probably just suspend my account for a while, so if i ever get nostalgic i can come back at any time.
Nothing much to say honestly, I would like to thank all the ppl i knew in FFXI, and ill probably do a list later..
I would also thank all the ppl who've been reading this LJ for FFXI purposes, thanks again you've been great support!

[RL] What I've been doing lately.

I've decided to turn this LJ a bit into my RL from now on, so you'll be hearing a lot of annoying stories, and probably you will leave this LJ (since you've always followed this for my "FFXI Adventures"), all I do in FFXI it's Salvage, and I'm pretty sick of writing always the same things, at the moment i'm pretty pissed at it too lol. Playing less FFXI gave me so much free time, so I've been playing a lots of good Games:

Section 8, some kind of FPS mixed with a Strategic Gamplay. It doesn't have a good Graphic, kinda Decent, i'd say a 6.5/10, but the Gameplay is kinda interesting, playing against the CPU get boring very early tho, so you might wanna try it Online only, even because the Campaign Mode sucks Badly. Game Design isn't too good either, Some kind of Robot Soldiers (they look all the same, i even unlocked some kind of "Captain Armor", but it looks like the others lol), and well these Robots are Launched from high altitude right into the earth (probably same idea as Halo's ODST, if you know them), every time you die you get back to the launch position, and get launched again, that's kinda interesting since you can land kinda anywhere you want on the large Battlefield, it adds some kind of additional Strategy to the game. On skirmish mode(multiplayer or single player) you choose your profile (sniper, assaulter, all these classes use different weapons), then you must hack systems to create your Headquarter (for you and your squad), where you have Turrets, and gunpods to protect yourself. While supposedly other squad might buy a HQ too, you can buy Objectives spending points obtained killing enemies with various weapons, each objective gives you points to win the game (Objectives can be something like, Escort a Convoy to your base, or Steal Enemy Intel, or Placing a bomb into enemy base .. etc...), and eventually money to buy stuff. Ok, here come the fun part, when you gathered enough money (killing ppl and doing objectives), you can buy stuff which can be Turrets, Tanks and such. All these things make the game really fast and kinda good. In general i think it's a good game, but I only "Used it" as a Bridge to Halo 3: ODST.

Bioshock, kinda old game, i was really impressive, nothing much to say, i totally agree with Reviews around the net, it's a masterpiece. You get into a thrilling experience, a perfect mix, action/survival/fps/rpg.
From the first moments you get into a Fantastic Experience, the game look great, especially about the feeling you get from entering the big aquatic city of Rapture. It's really addicting from the start to the end, story keeps getting better and better till the very end. The gameplay is just great, you get normal weapons, and plasmids, which are kind of magics you can use not just to kill and murder enemies, but even to resolve puzzles and such, Also the weapon can be upgraded at certain shops in order to make them more effective(and cranky looking lol). Sound effects are really impressive, if you play at night alone, with only game sounds you might get real scared from this game, all the insane sounds, look really real.
Game Design Also is good if you like '50s lol.
Concluding, this is a masterpiece, a game you will probably never forget! If you like FPS but even if you don't, you MUST try this game!

Halo 3: ODST, Back to new games! Well yes, I played Halo 3 for a lot of time, never get tired of headshooting, driving tanks and smashing faces. I have to say, the gameplay is kinda different from Halo 3, even if it's the same thing. Features new stuff, like the VISR visual, and has more Stealthy situations. Basically the real news about Halo3: ODST, are that.. you play as ODST troopers (yes more than one, but basically it's the same thing lol), instead of a Spartan, so basically there are bad news and good news about being a normal human soldier. The good news are that your armor is equipped with the VISR system, which is a particular kind of visual that makes you recognize enemies from allies, and makes you see perfectly even when the pitch is black and that most of the time you'll be playing during night time, so it will be easier to sneak behind the enemy and oneshot him. The bad news is that... your resistance to everything is drastically reduced, you won't get back all of your energy after covering for a few seconds, you'll have to found meds(and there aren't many), also your physical potency is greatly reduced, let's just say you won't Melee any enemy that isn't a Grunt.
About the controls, basically it's the same as Halo 3, but has a few addition, the VISR command which is on X (in halo 3 you use that to use items, which you can't carry as an ODST), and the "Back" button will open a map of the area (very useful).
The campaign mode is longer than Halo 3, and the Storyline seems kinda interesting and thrilling, as it's not as linear as Halo 3.
I think this game was worth the money payed even if maybe i thought it would have been a bit different.

[RL] Kickin' Butts!

I've started a Kick Boxing Course last week. It was since 3-4 years that i didn't do any physical activity, so you can imagine how hard my first week was, ouch it still hurts. The Training is very hard, but I think it will be good for me to lose some weight and to do some kind of sport.
Of course i have no real interest into Kick Boxing, i mean it's cool to be able to protect myself, but other than that i don't think i'll be a Fighting Fanatic, i just do it to keep myself in good shape, i've lost 10kg since i came back from japan and i want to keep losing weight.

[FFXI] Good Old Salvage.

Last weeks we did many Arrapago Boss, but we keep goin out of time, this is getting me even more frustrated. I think there is something in the farm that we don't do right, we usually screw during the 6th floor clearance. We also lose lots of time farming cells on the first floor, so we're trying different strategies, even because my static goes in with 10 (which is a lot of ppl), so it's hard to farm things for everyone. I consider the "Bad Luck Factor" one of the reasons we can't kill boss. I don't know if it happens with other statics too but we get like 0/20 on incus, or something like 0/15 on opacus (happened one time but still)k, and mainly we gotten into a 0/103 on Macha Coat. I don't know if you want to call this bad luck or idk what...
At least we got 2 Hikazu Feets the other day...(4/23 lol)

KC's Arcade Stick

[RL] KC's Arcade Stick

Some time ago I was looking for an Arcade Stick to play Tekken 6 and other Beat em Ups. So I've gone around on some forums and checked what's the best stick.. I noticed that even the best one (for example SF4 Championship Edition) was not so good after all, Many ppl complained about the buttons.
So, I remembered I knew this guy, Searain from FFXI, which makes Arcade Sticks with his own hands as a hobby, using sanwa buttons and seimitsu sticks(the original pieces of Japanese Arcade Games). Since i know him for being a really professional guy, i thought it would be worth a try. After 10 days after we decided the final project, he made this:

I think he did a good work, I've chosen myself the artwork, so if you don't like how it look blame me lol. I didn't wanted the classic Tekken or Street Fighter Artwork, so i just made it with the logo of the Taito Game Station, which kinda remembers me of my happy days in Japan.

RL vs FFXI

[FFXI] FFXI vs RL

Well, i think I'm almost over with FFXI, only real interest i have on it is Salvage and the ppl i lead there.

Yesterday we had to do Arrapago Remnants, but Sid didn't come without warning, and Katsuras didn't had points to join us:X, so since no one was up to change in whm, and i wasn't up for yelling at anyone, i just suggested to do another remnant (ended up to be Bhaflau). I was mainly disappointed with both Sid and Kats, kinda happens to make mistakes, im the first one who makes them when it's about Salvage.

My disappointment goes along both Sid and Kats.
Sid hardly missed any run(even if the "without warning" part kinda suits him), even if he often screws up it makes me sad to think about him getting us trouble about this issues too(ill talk about it below). Kats is fairly the best player i have in the static overall, thing is that i have the feeling that he's getting tired with salvage, and what happened yesterday kinda confirmed me that he is, or at least, he's getting tired with this static maybe i don't know. Since he have the other static, happened twice or three times that he had (assault) points problems.

Anyway, we did Bhaflau, and even with just 1 RDM and 1 BLM (and me blu) as healers, we did really good. We did First Floor Rampart, Second Floor Rampart, and Boss(droped usu legs 25 for bri). Second Floor's Rampart poped 3 NMs, but neither of them droped anything (lol 2/21 on usu feets).

Another issue came with sid again. When he's back on ffxi, i told him we were doing bhaflau, and he got all angry because he miss one run and i do Bhaflau.
I didn't do Bhaflau to make him regret skipping a run, i did it because we needed it, but he still think im holding grudge on him because something like that. Whatever, i don't care, it happened before that someone missed a run and lost chance to lot on something he needed (happened with willinsen and macha's slops for example).

About the rest, well i did some campaign, just because i delevel'd my blu mage lol, got level back then stoped playing again. Like i said, i play really a lot less, i have many things to do in rl, and im really tired of this game. I'm playing PS3 and XBOX360 when i have freetime, taking Japanese Lessons, I started a Boxe course, and I'm fixing an apartment in order to go there play drums in the band me and my friends decided to form up. I'm pretty busy, i'm not gonna lose anymore time in any mmorpg hopefully.
Even tho i will keep my Salvage responsibility until I can, or until i feel someone can replace me.

[FFXI] Next Mmorpg?

Well yes, I ordered AION a couple of months ago, still, im not sure i will have the time to dedicate to it. I feel like it's gonna warp me into another FFXI, with frustrating and annoying events. We'll see, I saw preview of FFXIV which will be coming out next spring probably (lol), at the moment im not particularly impressed about the videos and pics i've seen about it, seems the same thing to me, i don't know why FFXI players are so amazed about it, but seriously, i don't know why other ppl who didn't liked FFXI at all are so excited about it too. One last word about MMORPG? OFFLINE GAME > ONLINE GAME.
You want Multiplayer? Go outside, play soccer(/insert sport here) with your friends, or get a second controller and play some game, with someone right beside you. Fuck Online Games really.

Back from Japan

[RL] Back from Japan

Just as the title says, im back from japan. This is one of the only few of post i will dedicate to my RL in this LJ.
I'll be writing down here some of the things i've done there, and maybe, some pics later.
I've visited Tokyo, Nara, Kyoto, Kamakura, Himeji, Iga Ueno and Nikko(in this order), i could have seen more, or i could have seen less, im partially satisfated with my efforts knowing that i suffer doin long walks and the hot and humid weather.

The 1st day we've been to some kind of Party in Tokyo, where most of the girl wore the traditional Yukata, then after the sky got dark, we got some firework show. After that we went to SEGA Joypolis, which were just a big game station, with some special Dynamic Cinema, and some strange attraction such as one from "Prison Break", where you have to simulate a Jailbreak.

The 2nd day we went to Asakusa, some kind of Temple Complex in Tokyo, there was a big Temple, and lots of Buddha Statues around and those kind of Towers you only see on Japanese Manga. We also saw a road where most of the ppl were disguised as Anime Characters lol. In the Night we went to Shibuya, a young Japanese quarter.

I'm not sure if i remember right, but i think we kinda lost the 3rd day because it was rainy, so we just wandered around in Tokyo. In the night, while i was making a photo of a really meaningless temple, some japanese girl approached me and we started talking, she said she were studing in California, and that she would have like to see us at her special party before her departure.

The 4th day we had to start the Japan Rail Pass, but we woked up too late, so we decided to start the day after. We've been to Emperor's House, we saw the area around it, and then we went to Tokyo Tower, which was nothing special really.

The 5th day, we Started our Japan Rail Pass(JRP), and attempted to approach Nara, passing thru Kyoto. We took an Hotel in Nara (a very comfortable Hotel), then we've been to visit the Todai-ji Temple, the largest wood temple in the world, containing the largest Buddha Bronze Statue in the world. Plus, the city was FULL of deers, going around and standing by waiting for tourist to feed them with cookies lol. In the evening, we went to Nara's big Party, it was so wonderful to be there. There were these hills covered with little candles all around.. and of course all girls with yukata. Something Magic Really.

The 6th day we gone back to Kyoto, and visited the Kinkakuji Temple, the golden temple, that was not so special as i thought, i mean the temple it's beautiful, but you just see it from a far distance and nothing else.
After that we went back to Tokyo.

The 7th day, After being back to Tokyo we've been to Odaiba, in order to partecipate to Comic Market (I wasn't very interested). After seeing the line to enter (approx 20000-30000 ppl, not joking), we decided to go the day after in the early morning. I didn't liked the Idea, so I decided that i would have made something on my own, alone. After giving up, we split for the day, i've been to see the Big Odaiba's Gundam, which was just fantastic, even if i don't follow anything of Gundam at all(no anime, no games, no nothing).

The 8th day we went to Kamakura, one of Japan's best beaches, near Tokyo, we engaged some black american people and some japanese into some soccer match, got crushed lols.

The 9th day They went to that comic market in the early morning, while i got up a while later to get myself ready for my travel. I had someone at the Hotel, writing down the Train Rail to Himeji. After 4 hours of train, i've got to Himeji. I Visited Himeji Jo, which probably is by far the most amazing thing i've seen there.

The 10th day we Set a travel for Nagoya, but ended up wasting our time because the other guys didn't wanted to see Nagoya Jo which was the only good thing to see there really.

The 11th Day I've been to Iga Ueno Ninja Museum, Alone again, after the Nagoya experience. Took a while to get there (more than 4 hours), because that place was in the mountains, but i meet some old man named Takashi, which gently accompanied me without even got asked. The Ninja Museum had very young Kunoichi(Ninja Females) as Secret Room entertainer, and they were real good at it.

The 12th day We got free tickets for Tokyo's National Museum, which toook a lot of time to visit, but wasn't anything too exciting, i've even see Japan Archeological Museum, which was kinda boring to me. We also attempted to go to Tsukiji Fish Market in the night.

The 13th day, second to last day, we split again, I go alone to Nikko, and the other guys went to Italian Embassy to see the palace. Nikko was such a BIG place, on the mountains, i got so tired at the end lol, but was definately worth it.

The 14th day, we went to do shopping and we prepared for the travel:(, i was all sad, got some friend at the Maru Ichi Restaurant in Ueno(the area where we had the Hotel). Such a long sad day:(.

Of course i took more pics (3100 total), but i choose one per day because im lazy lol.

[FFXI] August Salvage Update!

My guys didn't do much salvage while i was away, and we didn't get any result doing it after coming back, But Yesterday we've done a SSR, and I'm happy to say we've got the best result ever, 3 drops over 4 NM. We've done Hikazu Kabut NM which was the only who didn't droped, then Macha's Slops NM(skyler got), Deimos's Cuisses(marien got) and finally Hikazu Body (for Briareo). Now we got to get 3 Bodb's Slops from Zhayolm Boss Yay lol. I think i will barely keep this Journal Updated in the future, but who knows.

Yes, 0/93. That sucks for real, anyway, this is not the only thing i've been wanting to talk about. Last Arrapago went real bad, so bad that i've decided to stop doing it for a while, until ppl start to pay attention to what I say, or remember what to do when something bad happens. I decided that just as soon as that run ended, i was still mad at ppl and probably didn't care about the bad cell drop rate we had.. so maybe that's not just lack of attention and skills. Maybe i've been kinda too self-centred and surely my bad mood about salvage didn't helped me. Maybe. I don't know if that is, what i know is that we did a flawless Zhayolm on thursday, and the worst SSR so far yesterday.
We wiped twice attempting to pop first and second floor's NMs, on the first floor, i'm still trying to found a 'perfect' sack pull, something that make us pull them fast and safe, yesterday i wanted it 'too fast' and we were in the wrong position too. What makes me even mroe stressed about salvage is that ppl who should help me, don't understand what im trying to do, because they obviously know 1% of what i know of salvage, but arguably they think they know more than me of the game. I found myself talking with those ppl, during the run, even if i asked them many times, to talk about THESE things on forum, and not DURING run. It's so hard for them to understand that we have 100 fucking minutes in there, and that arguing about strategies won't give us any extra time. Back to topic, Killua sackpulled, we took 3 of them, even if i told ppl to fight in the corner, most of them were pretty much in the middle of the room, so that when fomor came back, we got all 7 fomors to kill, fun huh? Well, wait to laugh, because the fun part is that we wiped @ 50% of the 7th fomor. Well i was pretty mad, because i had killua complain about how we stood in the middle this time, i told him that I wanted a 'faster' way to handle these, well it was fast indeed, only wrong thing imho was the position i choose, next time ill choose the safe way.
On second floor everything was kinda fine, got a few aggros but nothing bad, had marien keep dying sometimes even for unknown reasons. Then, Disaster.

I want to spend a second to talk about ppl afk in salvage. It's not ok to afk in Salvage, we have 9 ppl now, but ppl afk a lot, because it's around dinner time for italy, and when they have to they just go, nothing bad about it, i probably should change time. The problem is that i miss 2 of the 3 monks around the same time, Killua and Siddharta.

Ok, now back to where we was in ssr. Sid was BRD, and was afk the whole first floor (kinda 30 minutes) and so he missed magic cell(i gave it to another person). On second floor he came back, Marien link a Fomor and an Imp, Bri and Rio goes both on it, so the fomor is free to slaughter the mages, I try to Voke, but the imp do the aoe Amnesia, and i can't use ja, so i ask rio to go on the fomor(since i was sub samurai and couldn't protect myself from attacks), in the meanwhile skyler(WHM) dies, and sid starts blaming me for not attacking the fomor, i start arguing with him, because i didn't attacked because i was asking rio to do it and i would have died or anyway i would have lost hate to a few hit, and anyway i was asking rio to do it, anyway notihng too wrong with it, no wipe i mean. Marien were pulling just fine after that, but after a bit sid got magic, and without asking anyone, he pulled a fomor while marien pulled another, result? 2 Fomors + 1 link at camp, we wiped somehow, and i got mad to sid, and he was even arguing about that saying that a thf shouldn't be pulling in salvage.. that's the worst excuse ever.
In the end, this week we droped 3 35, Freya's Mask, Freelot to Skyler, Enlil's Gambison, Freelot to Skyler, and Finally Willinsen's Macha's Slops.

Well that's it about my KC's Salvage. Sorry, i know this is hard to read, it's just that i'm nervous.

[FFXI] WSP "Progress" and Misc Stuff

Well, of course "Progress" it's written with some sarcasm. We had many ppl miss our Weekend Salvage Project. So had to replace them, now that i mention it, i still have to tell some of them, they're out. Seriously, i don't care "much" if someone miss a run or 2, but when a static is starting, you really should prove your good will to come to every run, or almost, and especially, if you're not gonna be there, at least say something BEFORE the run. Did 1 Bhaflau and 1 SSR, no Drop this week tho.

Few other things happened:

-This doesn't concern directly me, but my beloved Jorden, well she got something she wanted since sooo long, which was Aquarian Abjuration: Body. So finally she were up to uncurse her Cursed Dalmatica -1! I might post a pic later:3. Grats baby!

-Finally got my Brave blade too, that's not much of an accomplishment, even because i haven't unlocked it yet lol.

-I've started to have more interest in Sid's Einherjar Project, even if honestly i wouldn't want to get much into leadership, because i have enough with salvage. I just said ppl should be there around gather time, and to not delay run, since Einherjar time is really bad for most of Italians, I mean, saturday around 20:30, I personally go out around 21-21:30ish, and it's bad if someone's delays run, i can't tell my rl friends "no wait i can't come because i have to do einherjar"-_-, some ppl don't even understand that they should at least log off @ nashmau/halzam. I'm not very positive about this.

[FFXI] Dedication on a Game

Often i've heard ppl praising others for their "Dedication" over LS events and camps. I always hated that, maybe because i'm a bit jealous(i know it's stupid but that is). What most ppl don't understand, is that we dont' see who's behind the screen and what he does all day to live. Most of FFXI ppl don't work or study (some don't do a thing all day),and have a lot of time to play, that's ok to say someone is more dedicated than another when it's just a matter of free time? Is it allright to have a life in RL to ffxi dedication? The answer is NO, it's not allright.

Yes guys, if you want to be called "dedicated" in FFXI you gotta have no life, and with no job, no friends and absolutely no interests other than FFXI.

[Real Life] Goodbye Micheal Jackson..

I just wanted to post this for Micheal Jackson, which died last Thursday. I always listened to his songs when i was younger, he was really an Idol to me, and it makes me sad to see he died in such a way. Won't go on details since everyone reading can found enough informations about his death around the net, but i will post instead some art work i've done. This is the first time i come to this LJ to talk about RL stuff.

There will be no more Micheal Jackson. Goodbye Micheal.

[FFXI] Back to Salvage Stuff and Thoughts about WSP

Just a small update about salvage, this week droped many pieces(also pieces that we didn't need ofc). Skyler completed Skadi mask, getting 35 in freelot from bees in bhaflau's second floor.. too bad still no usu feet 35 for Sid. We droped it on the WSP(weekend salvage project), which gone in freelot lols, together with the mask. We did NM for 15 pieces with some problem(wasted like 20-30 minutes on that, we kept on wiping, because we tried to mix salvage styles.

WSP is not always as efficent as it should be, some ppl keep on bossing, so i had to open a thread to tell them that we do Salvage my way, and then if someone wants to change something, it can be posted on the forum After Salvage.

My main salvage group isn't goin too good either, Sid did another mess the other day, aggroing because of .. well, like he said "his cat jumped over his desk and walked on his keyboard and his mouse, in a bad moment. I wasn't there at the time, but he screwed the Citadel Chelonian pull, and some member got mad about this. Medi didn't come several times in the past week leading me to be troubled about it, since sometimes he didn't even posted about that, in the moment some other members complained about him, never being there and never saying he wasn't gnona be there before, i had no choice but to ask him to leave. I don't like to do that, but that's my "job". Salvage requires efforts, and i know sometimes RL can get busy, and you can't play nerd everytime some RL event comes up.
On sunday run(bhaflau), i've decided to go on war main tank. It didn't go fine, because i had too many things to do, and Sid even pretended to speak bad about how i was leading the run, so i left Teamspeak immediatly. I kept trying to lead, tank, call cells, lot cells, and such with 3-5 FPS(im not playing the victim or joking, i really play with 3-5 FPS lately), while willinsen was bitching at me in tell, for things i should have done in a different way, i was really mad. Even when i asked him to do a simple thing which was standing on my character(in order to make it easier for everyone to target the bees spawned by reactionary rampart), he started arguing that then he wouldn't get ballad and such.
When I do Salvage i Pretend everyone to be listening to me, If i say "guys aggro everythng in the room and die", i pretend ppl to do that ASAP, without asking stupid and useless questions, that's a shame i have to repeat things 5-6 times... bah...

Well i guess this isn't really a shop's opening since i have no funds atm lol, I just got the Smithing's Signboard and im so proud of it. Took so much to get that. Some ppl some days ago told me that Signboard just replaces Anvil Effects with a bonus when you break, I simply refuse to believe this, after all the things traded to have anvil now it became useless? No way, i refuse to believe SE did this, even if this is the kind of thing they like to do to their clients, I just can't believe it.

[FFXI] Salvage's Progress?

Well, not like a real progress, but yes, we killed Citadel Chelonian for the first time sinec we started, on our second attempt to pop it. I'm kinda happy with the run even if we could have done better. I think if everyone listens and to their job we can end up doin all 4 NMs + Boss, that would be really good.
About the other group, i missed one of the 2 runs, but they did good anyway, went for arrapago boss, and killed, no 35 drops tho. Second run was Silver Sea, 3NM, but no drop again (but 3 SSR card, which are nice), it could have been better, i still don't like the way we have to do first floor NM, but ill work it. Frokes and I got an argument into how to pop and pull citadel chelonian. Got several Answers about this from other ppl too, so i'm gona post(again, if i posted before, i don't honestly remember) a small walkthrough to how to pop and pull it.

4th Floor ~ E Citadel Chelonian NM

In this floor, there will be a bunch of gears roaming thru all the rooms, and lots of gears/chariot/ramparts in the big main room.
A Thf must sack pull(using Flee and Perfect Dodge if necessary) everything in the big room including roaming gears taking everything to port(the one where you warp to 5th floor), while 4 pullers(can even be rdm/mages), get the 4 ramparts and take them to the starting room(the room where you ported to from 3rd floor), after a bit the thf will lose aggro, and he can go back to the main group. After getting the Ramparts to the starting room, we need to kill them one after another, so sleep 3 of them, and kill one by one. After that, a special rampart will pop in the big room and after 45 seconds it will spawn Citadel Chelonian, pull it possibly to the starting room again and kill etc.. Drops Nemain's Crown 100% and Hikazu Hara-ate with a low %.

[FFXI] Small Issues

Not much to vent about lately. Yesterday i've done a random Nyzul, in order to get PLD sword. I told Leader i wanted it, Before joining. He said ok, he just wanted askar body, i even asked to port up after boss if we had time, to farm some NMs. Anyway we got in, and we cleared floors really fast, killing boss(hydra), we had more than 10 minutes left, but Brave Blade and Askar Korazin droped. Another guy was up for sword and i didn't knew, he even wasn't PLD75. We loted and he won, then leader warped us out.... I didn't said a thing. /pcmd leave, /blist add everyone of them. I know it's childish, i just was so pissed, and still am a bit.
Maybe next time it'll be better.

[FFXI] Mog Bonanza Results!

Oh well, I guess i shouldn't really complain this year.. Got something like 4 Rank 5 and 1 Rank 4 over 60 Marbles, I was kinda surprised, but honestly, I'm kind of sad i wanted a free Hauteclair so bad lol, I believed so much in it. What i got with my prizes so far is a Fafnir Statue, and a Behemoth Leather. I wanted to get those invitation thingy to fight shantotto or Trion, but i guess maybe next time or on Rathiel's Marbles, since he got a Rank 5 too.

Salvage II

[FFXI] Salvage II

This week i started another Salvage group with Jorden as Co-Leader, so now i do 5 salvage/week. It's a lot i know, i'll have to work hard on assault to keep this up and i will. I'll update you with what happened in Salvage this week, starting from my group. Really nothing else in my FFXI life, im really tired of this game outside Salvage. My big goal was Valkyrie Fork but now i can't get anymore, I got sad yesterday when i saw someone i've been always rivaling with, having the fork on her. I was Jealous and sad, knowing i could never get that.

Wednesday~Bhaflau
We entered Bhaflau without marien that had Connection Issues, I made Killua change to thf and the run kinda gone smoothly, we poped second floor rampart and had to kill it around 60% as always. Then we had major problems droping Pannus(STR) cell, we didn't drop any, not een in the third floor. We gave up on farming that and ported up to 4th, Killua pulled all gears (10/10), so the boss was really easy(later i got a tell from someone, asking which chariot do i kill on the 4th floor, well my answer, to any of you reading to this is None, I don't kill any chariot to kill the Boss, I just try to pull and kill all 10 gears then i make monks tank it straight in the face), killed it and got drops (marduk hands for medi, and i don't remember lol, something shitty anyway).

Thursday~Zhayolm
This run actually started really well, everyone was working really hard. Then the 5th floor came, we previously did this, many times. Weather was up, so we would have required a sack pull from Marien, but Rioga aggroed before Marien could start sacking, and everyone but me and 2 of the 3 healers got on the other side. After that i aggroed because Rioga pulled them further near us and I died. I couldn't see the situation, the ppl were already fighting the frog, but i told Marien to hit and run to port(Huge Mistake I Admit), she flee'd to port, but the frog did Charmga and chased her with all the ppl in the static, was a real dramatic moment for me, I was so mad. Then everyone but Skyler Willinsen and Katsuras were died, I asked ro try to raise ppl, but I got answered something like "We only have 20 minutes left". I HP'd instantly, i was even more mad about that answer, had a fight with willinsen after the run, and both him and Katsuras asked me if i was allright the day after, it's nice that they worried about me so much, but i wish these things would never happen. I was so ashamed of those mistakes.

Friday~Silver Sea
Ok this is the first of the new Salvage LS i'm running. We waited for Bellincion (our third monk) to log, but he didn't so we entered. We did SSR because i wanted an easy run to begin. Overall the run was decent, considering mine and other ppl are very experienced about salvage, my only handicap in this static is that i have less ppl, and having always done run with 8+ ppl with the other static sure didn't helped me a bit. We did 3 NMs anyway, Hammerblow, Powderkeg and Gyroscopic Gears, and actually got drop from the second one, Macha Slops, which gone to Jatt, grats to him:p. I was glad to do salvage with someone who actually know it so well, i'm talking about Frokes and Jatt.

Saturday~Zhayolm
This run didn't go as expected, not good, but not too bad after all. We entered, and we had an argument on how to farm. The argument included me, Jatt and Frokes. I listened to them since they had previous lowman experience. Jatt insisted a bit too much tho, pretending to asy when to port, when i wanted to get another magic for him(since he didn't wanted to get because he was MNK/blm for mistake). I wanted him to get a magic anyway in order to make him one of the three monks to be unlocked in order to pop the 5th floor Frog. Anyway we carried on, but on the second floor i didn't see we got only 2 virga cells, and didn't asked to keep one to duplicate it. So we decided to skip 5th floor frog(the one dropping 35s) getting the one on the south side which drops nothing, but can be popped simply by having 1 ppl with all pathos unlocked. Frog went kinda smoothly, 1-2 Frog Chorus kicked in tho, i didn't have enough haste gear and my PC was lagging badly (4-5 FPS). On the 6th floor we killed frog and got Macha feet, which gone to the only person who had comment in the run(the other forgot, me as well), Jorden.

Sunday~Arrapago
Yesterday we did arrapago, we did quite fine. Everyone worked fine,and I have to admit, Sid too. We got up to boss, taking it to 15%, then all monks wiped before i could say to let just 2 monk tank it(it was spamming tp-moves pretty bad). Well I'm kinda satisfated with the run, even if we didn't droped macha nor getting the 6th floor qiqirns to pop. Drop rate of cells was rather bad, we lacked incus the whole run and i think that's the biggest problem. Chariot Droped, of course Freya feet(5th pair we drop, gone to katsuras in freelot), and Enlil Kolluks, which was for Meditrina, which wasn't there:(, went to sid instead. Another reason why we wiped at boss is surely because we didn't had enough healing, next time i hope we can do better.

Oh yes, considering it's one year of adventures on this Livejournal i've decided to spend a word to thank every ppl supporting me doing this. Back in the day i was ready to stop and erase everything i wrote here considering i thought no one was reading this. Actually more ppl than i expected showed interest in my LJ and im really happy abot this, Thanks to Everyone!

Also a mini-update, Sunday Arrapago went kinda good, didn't kill boss, but droped Hikazu Hakama for Sid, and did both Qiqirn of the 6th floor. Today we goin for 25 in Bhaflau.

I've decided to post my Zhayolm Walkthrough, It's the 35 + boss Farm Route. I haven't found over the net a valuable guide about salvage, I hope this will help you more than the guide i used before making this. The guide is in the first maps Edited for my salvage group.

-The drop rate in this floor is fixed, in each room there will be 4 mobs, 2 will drop cell, 2 not. They drop different cell depending on which wing you found them. The first room of each wing drop a cell of each type (sub/magic/weapons/abilities), with the same rule i explained just below, so 1 will drop incus and Praecipitatio, another will drop opacus and duplicatus and the other 2 will drop nothing. After first Room, each wing will drop only one of the 4 kind of cells you can get in this floor. So to not get confused, we gonna call wings with cell names (Opacus Wing, Praecipitatio Wing, Incus Wing and Duplicatus Wing)

-After First Room make a Monk with abilities and a rdm with Magic unlocked go to Ability Wing(NW), and start farming there.

-As soon as 3 healers get magic cells and 3 monks get ability cells, split up into 3 groups (see picture)

-When we're about to be done, THF should Flee or anyway run to NE port.

~ 2nd Floor ~

-Need to clear Real Fast the whole Room, it'll make a mamool ja to spawn, which is to be killed. After that, the door to the other rooms will unlock, and we can go farm into them. As the previous floor, half of the mobs will drop something fixed(+ some random additional cumulus this time), the other half not.
~

-Even in this Floor, we can split into 3 small groups and farm different rooms, being careful to make the "whm+mnk" group to choose the other lizard room. There is no need to kill everything in the way, after the first room.
~
After killing all the mobs you need, Pop and kill Imp NM trading SSR Card on the NW room, then trade cells into the NE room to make Poroggo Madame to Spawn.
~
-Before we decide to stop someone must be at porter and warp us up.
~

~ 3rd Floor ~

Humilus: MNK > MNK > RDM > WHM > BRD > DD > DD
Spissatus: RDM > WHM > BRD
Stats: MNK > MNK > RDM > WHM > BRD

-Taking the east/north path will set us to be fighting a poroggo NM spawned by killing all the mamools in the large room. It Drops Enyo gauntlets and Nemain's cuffs.
~
-Always make monks get ALL cells first, no matter which is it(even MP).
~
-Need to be careful, if we want to farm "Some" HP/MP cells we need to kill mamools on south path anyway.
~
-Kill all mamool to the south, then kill rampart and poroggo madame BUT teleport to the next floor from North Teleporter.
~
-Porting up North before 30 minutes from start will make an NM spawn on the next floor, it drops Njord's Mask, Hoshikazu Kyahan, and Anu's Brais 100%.
~

~ 4th Floor ~

-Like i said on Third Floor Porting up before a certain time on this floor will make a NM poroggo to spawn, it spawn in a large room to the extreme north/south. You will notice the area is also full of frogs, which will link between them and to NM too. A correct sack pull out of the main party is required, the NM then needs to be taken far away from pop area in order to prevent him to get back to his original position (where all 16 frogs just wait your charm effect to wear off) when he does charmga.
~
-It is possible to farm in this floor too, however in the north four of the six mamool in each room will drop cells. Drop rate seems to be fixed but changing everytime you enter the floor. Also, the drops seems to be paired to the mobs, if a mimicker drops, the other will too and so on. Just a couple of mob will drop nothing so don't bother doin the other mob of the same type if it droped nothing. Together with some stats cells, you might get some useful HP cell as well.
~
-In the south side you can farm also, the normal way(drop aren't paired). No HP nor MP cells tho.
~
-On both sides, you need to kill a certain rampart to unlock teleporter(which rampart depends on which day you entered salvage):
Defeat First Rampart if you entered on Firesday or Earthsday.
Defeat Second Rampart if you entered on Watersday or Windsday.
Defeat Third Rampart if you entered on Iceday or Lightningday.
Defeat Fourth Rampart if you entered on Lightsday or Darksday.
~
NORMALLY just skip this floor, or just farm some hp cell if needed.
~

~ 5th Floor ~

-South side poroggo Madame will pop by clearing all the pathos, from 3 members of the static. Drops Freya's Trousers, Hikazu Gote, and Enlil's Gambison with low drop rate.
~
-North side poroggo will spawn clearing pathos from 1 person of the static, drops are unknown.
~
-The first 2 rooms are filled with Gears which have a pattern of movement. Someone (thf with flee) should quickly sack while everyone passes.
~
Hugging walls you can avoid ALL gears aggro, if weather is not up.
~

~ 6th Floor ~

-Poroggo Madame pops by defeating any four of the prior Poroggo Madame NMs, or by defeating any three of the prior Poroggo Madame NMs and defeating Jakko, Drops Deimos's Leggings, Macha's Pigaches, and Enlil's Tiara at a low drop rate.
~
The chariot won't aggro, however, if you claim it, it'll spawn 10 gears and 2 gear, which are all to be killed in order to proceed to the next room.
~
Split into 2 groups 2, mnk+mnk+rdm+whm+brd on the first chariot, all other ppl on the side, killing gears.
~

~ 7th Floor and Boss ~

Distance is the key to win this, if you don't have distance plugin, just stand near someone who do.
NOTE:As you can see in the pic the range around the boss means normal AOE, while the range made from tanks is the Discoid Range. It's important to be at less than 10' from NM, while trying to get into the right position we might want to be sure of this and get even closer 7'-8', once we found the right position which is the one where you get hit by Discoid but not from the other AoEs we're set.
Everyone MUST be hit by discoid.

[FFXI] Enter TDG, Last Thoughts about leaving ED.

I did really thought quite a few about what LS to try join in, I honestly wasn't much for it anyway. choose the more suitable to me, Event-wise, which was TDG. Only thing I might regret by doing so is that they do Einherjar(the only item i really care much about, Valkyrie Fork drops only there) during my salvage time, and I don't want to move salvage because of this, it's not fair to my Salvage Folks.
What to say about my previous LS? What, now that I can see an HNMLS from another point of view? Well, basicly, almost everything is better in TDG, starting from everyone saying HI to everyone, which can be somewhat annoying sometimes lol, but it's good to see no one is ignored/picked on, in LS chat.
I will try not to compare ED and TDG anymore, since in the end i really couldn't join ED events much, and it was pretty much my fault, even if, for example, all lately saturday events were KSNM99 due to ppl not showing upand it wasn't just me, (ED event is @ 1 am my time on saturday)I even needed KSNM99 lol, i just coudln't come due to RL events and such. I've been called many names before i left ED, from such easy minds.. Ppl who don't know me, but they wanted just to insult.

[FFXI] Clein Tanking Skills.

Soon as I entered TDG, they asked me to go on PLD twice to camps. I had to tank on Fafnir as my first HNM on PLD, followed closely by khim, where i had to tank it on solo for 10 minutes(without anyone dealing damage). When Marco asked me to go on PLD to faf, i was about to say "It's my first time", but something inside me said "Shut up Pussy!" lol, so I didn't say a thing. Went fine, I was scared to die, or to screw it, but it want fine instead, I didn't got much hate(my emnity gear sucks and i have no macro, and maybe i will NEVER have lol),and got hit badly here and there but it went kinda fine. On Khimaira it was different, I screwed at some point, i think i made healers Overcure me for over 10 seconds, i couldn't recast Ni, because khim moved and i was facing 1000 ppl i had like 2-4 FPS,then i got the hang of it, and tanked till 14%ish, then i died ;x.

Salvage Sucks Lately, Run sucks because something(or someone) always goes wrong, and no drop sucks really, did a few Zhayolm and Arrapago since last Update. We keep screwing arrapago for the dumbest reasons.

[FFXI] Goodbye ED

Yes I've left NotED yesterday, after bein in there for almost 3 years. The reason is due someone really close to me being kicked from the LS for a stupid reason. It's since before this person joined that ppl constantly pick on her for no reason at all. I won't go on details, but this person asked if it was possible to have another Dyna Shell still remaining in notED, and she got instantly kicked. I've talked to the person who did kick her, his excuse was that she didn't wanted to enter Dyna, while she had Glass, and her intention was to enter Dynamis.
Well it's enough to me. It's not the only reason i've been wanting to leave of course, My main reason to leave is sacks who really aren't doin their job, taking matters into personal thingies. I've also been warned from some ppl that behind sacks there is another person, who shouldn't really be influencing sacks so much. But anyway, not sure of this yet so wouldn't say too much about this.
Some example of sacks not doing their job: Not warning(/kicking?) ppl for Ninja loting(happened 3 times just in the last few weeks, Not Kicking ppl for insulting other members, Not warning ppl talking shit in say, Not warning/kicking ppl for doin other shit(aka exp/campaign/fishing) during event, Not warning/kicking someone who came in Dynamis as SMN with 50 smning skill and not healing at all, there's more but atm i can't recall.
And ofc i've been insulted for criticize sack's decision about my friend, i've been called someone who fake afk, and been replied to what i said about what happened with things about me lol, and even a ss of me afk in wg while LS is watching faf die(i was at work lol). All this is really insulting to me, because there are really ppl who ALWAYS skip events for no reason or that join only particular events. Then i talked to Gol, who made the only serious post in the thread, but anyway it was useless to talk to him, since what's done is done. I told him my disappointment in the LS then told him i would have left.
I still don't know where to go honestly, we'll see..
Just makes me laugh about this, This LS is being so strict about idiot stuff (always concerning this close person of mine), but not to other ppl.

Last Sunday we did really bad on Arrapago Remnants. I got real mad at some ppl in my static, who didn't followed what i say and didn't read what i wrote on the forum. Won't go on details, but we wiped for very elementary mistakes on the first floor, and of course screwed on 6th, always due ppl not listening.

[FFXI] Salvage Gear+

We did a few run since i updated this LJ, and we completed quite a few pieces, Marien got Skadi Ledelsens and Morrigan Slops, and Rioga got Usukane Hizayoroi, and Hikazu Gote(35 for Usukane Gote). We did boss every run farming 35 too, getting some 25 we needed too. I'm quite interested on making everyone get their stuff, but luck plays a role against me doin this too, and this is getting me stressed and tired about salvage.
Yesterday run didn't go too well either, we did all frogs + boss, but drops (ea's crackows and Freyr's Hands) went wasted because we had like 5 seconds to pass before the end. SE shouldn't be so picky about that, after you kill boss they should give you some more time in the remnant to pass/lot stuff.
Main mistakes were not my mistakes, i mistakenly didn't gave opacus cell to bard, so no brd 2 hr. Also other little mistakes made the run much slower, such as not hasting me to keep Frog stunned, goin afk several times, rdm getting virus while duo farming with a monk, remaining without mp nor refresh, and dying badly. Well we need to get better again, after that splendid run we did one week ago.

[FFXI] LS issues

Did a few fafnirs in LS and a few even, always the same, some dyna, some einherjar and such, we got a ridill, and i was laughing so bad when one of the new members said "Need moar ridills", but this is not what want to talk about. What i care to talk about is that some ppl in LS blisted me without any reason why. This person im talking about, i NEVER ever did anything bad to her<_<. Somewhere like 2 years ago we had an argument(but not just between me and her), where she were camping against us(her LS mates) alone, for M chips, but i thought it was settled lol, and that can't be it since she didn't blisted me back in those days(even because she were obviously wrong). I'd like to tell this person that it's not like i talk all day about her, i've nothing to do with her, and i think i never ever said anything to her in the past 2 years or so. Seems like all i do is annoy her with tells and such lol. I get blisted for nothing, idk. What i thought about her in these years i've been in LS was that she were a bit more mature than other ppl, but lately im getting to see she's not, i wouldn't be surprised if she follow her friend elsewhere lol.

[FFXI] Salvage Update

We did a nice Zhayolm yesterday, killed 3 frogs and imp, then boss, which droped Marien's 25 legs, so now she can get Morrigan's Slops. Of course no 35 drop. Wednesday we did Silver sea, but wiped twice on second floor due to bad pulls, we had to skip Ares's Legs NM in order to do boss, which of course didn't droped Ea's Brais, we capped Usukane 25 feet tho, so now i might think of selling all SSR boss pieces if there are ppl willing to buy.

[FFXI] Merit Party

The other day i had day off and i wandered a while around vana, until killua asked me if i wanted to merit, after i turned him down a few times, because i wanted to finish pld(74), I regretfully accepted his proposal and gone exp as war. The party lasted 2hr kinda and we roughly did 50k limit/exp (i capped temp merits 10/10). Was kind of fun with 2 ridill wars and a sam on colibri, pretty much cleared the area, i tried different setups, Polearm, Great Axe, Ridill+Joyeuse etc..

[FFXI] Mithra Dancers!

The same day, a few moments before killua asked me to party, i was crafting for a JP friends, and he invited me to come and see a particular event. There were these 5 Mithra dancers who stood there in a particular position, and really LOTS of jp ppl watching them, then they started dancing simultaneously, using Dance Motion Macroes lol, jp were so excited about it idk why honestly<_<. Near the end of that "Event", everyone stood up and danced together with the mithras, i was like WTF. After that they said something about a website, seems like they travel servers each day, at a particular hour and do those dance all day LOL, well i guess everyone has his job in this game.

[FFXI] Dynamis-Tavnazia #1

The other day i entered Dynamis- Tavnazia with notED, the run went kinda smooth up till the last 20 minutes in which we wiped 2-3 times. Was quite fun but we haven't got any particular good drops. I was able to lot the first of the 2 Mirage legs -1 that droped, too bad i don't have the NQ piece, so i can't upgrade.

[FFXI] Salvage Update of the week.

We went in for a few more SSR and arrapago this week. Sunday Willinsen weren't able to come, and he lost his chance at Macha's Slops, this should teach everyone, that missing runs might turn against you lol! Well katsuras got that, so now he have 3 35 to finish(1 in freelot). Was just good because we didn't droped 25 marduk once again lol. We also did 2 arrapago remnants run, which droped nothing the first time, and 2 35 the second time. Ofc only one of the 35 we needed lol, Rioga got his tier 1 Hikazu Hakama, which i hope we can complete the next week. Arrapago stressed me out a bit, espetially the second time we did it, no cell drop, and someone not listening but then it turned out to be a good run Drop-Wise. So now we have like 5 pieces to finish, which are Skadi Ledelsens x2, Morrigan's Slops x2, Usukane Hizayoroi and maybe 2 Ares's Curiass(lol if killua and katsuras want to finish that piece lol).

Silver Sea Broken?

[FFXI] Silver Sea Broken?

We still haven't been able to get Ea's Brais from Silver Sea Boss, we become quite expert at it, we had like 15+ minutes right after we killed it, not bad considering we did 3 NM too on the same run. Wednesday we tried arrapago instead, and even though some ppl screwed a bit at the beginning and on last floor before boss, i think we did fine for our first attempt to do everything in there. We did quite a "long" farm on first floor, getting HP for all monks and for some mages, took a while even because we wiped on first mob due to ppl afk ew, i had to 2box Killua too, that was kinda harsh, then on second floor we killed qiqirn really fast, ofc no drop. On third and fourth floor we did as always the 2 qiqirn for macha coat, no drop, but we did them so fast they just ran away one time lol. On 5th floor we skiped the qiqirn astrologer for ares(we have 2 ppl with that 35 and they both don't need lol), but did chariot, i was surprised to see that chariot dying in less than 3 minutes, usually in the past it took like 10-15 minutes. Then maybe i screwed, or maybe others screwed because they didn't read my walkthrough, i don't know, i asked Rioga to do Soul Voice + Songs, then warped up, but briareo had to go. We tried to kill all gears before 7 minutes, but we were not fast enough. Warped to boss with less than 10 minutes to the end, and managed to take it to 20%, this boss is really easy, i think with 3 monks we can kill it in 5 minutes. Anyway not bad for first attempt, we'll be better next week.

[FFXI] Haidate.

Finally i got the chance to lot these pair of legs made of pure win. I was late to skyfarm, due to assault troubles(read below), and so i show myself to sky on war job with only polearm as main weapon(to make haste i didn't even changed job, and forgot i had only pole on me). We did a quick but messy seiryu(several deaths), then i thought we were gonna do Kirin, instead we went to byakko isle. Fight was pretty quick and smooth till 10%, when tanks started to die one after another, even after both tanks died, we managed to kill and get haidate. I had to lot with Darkwin, just like when we droped whands, and i won again. I felt a bit sorry getting haidate a bit after i got the drop, sorry for Darkwin too because it's the second time i outlot him, and for other guys too, since i got haidate like 20 minutes before salvage, so i knew i had to go and didn't knew how to say it, spent 10 minutes to try phrases lol. When i said i had to go no one complained, so i felt a bit relieved, and Deathwarped to salvage(no D2).
I want to thanks ROFLcopters for giving me the chance to join and to get one of the biggest reward in the game. Thank You Guys.

[FFXI] Salvage's Luck.

Ok, so after sky i went to salvage, gathered ppl, and took rathiel as 2box, even because ha had SS card to pop NM for bri. First floor farm was quite fast considering we farmed almost all cells for everyone. On second floor i don't know, i think we were quite slow, and ppl didn't listened to me much, when i said to leave room ppl kept attacking stuff for a while. Anyway, farmed almost every equip for everyone here too, then poped NM for Briareo's Skadi Cuirie, killed really fast and got drop. Third floor took a while, we were trying to gather as much HP as we could, ended up clearing almost the entire floor(everyone had HP unlocked). On 4th floor, another mess, we forgot which day we entered on, was either windsday or iceday, i told to kill one rampart then since other didn't depoped i told to kill another, and the others didn't depoped again, i figured then that SE might have changed that depop thingy, even if you get the right rampart, other won't depop now. Skiped 5th floor, without dying for a change. We had 30 minutes when we reached 6th floor, and i really thought we wouldn't made it, monks started killing chariot that went down real fast, then i told them to split up into 3 groups and get a gear each monk, after killing all gears we ported up without looking at clock. We engaged boss real quick, i told monks to use 2 hrs separately(one after another), in order to get less wss. Marien and rioga died fast and they haven't got raise till the end of the run, discoid was bashing us real bad, like 350-450 damage each time, only around the end i remember i didn't logged rathiel on lol, i did, but he died a sec after getting into discoid range lol, then after a bit we killed and got both the drop we needed! Sid finished his Usu head, i finished my ares flanchard and briareo finished his skadi cuirie! 3 pieces in one salvage, im pretty satisfited of result. Beside, i'm a bit sad about getting these drops so easily and have to figth hard since 3 months for katsuras's legs 25:(. I Think now we'll be doing things for him only since he's the only one who hasn't got a thing for so so long.

[FFXI] Fucking Raubahn!

I took a lot to get to Skyfarm due to a funny accident happened in assault. So me, Jordie and Briareo were doin assaults, screwed it, Bri died, so i started to pull raubahn to "Red" guards, and succesfully made him killed by them, like things should be lol.

[FFXI] Back to Skill Up!

Yesterday I log on game and Sid tell me that he's doin Gondo-Shizunori's KSNM, and so i went there and joined the run as 7th member (lol). I was so lucky to get the Gondo-Shizunori on my orb, luck that lately i just can't explain myself. I Instantly went to Pashhow Marshland [S] to start breaking latent with jordie:).
Later We did Einherjar and won an easy Wing3 with Hydra as boss.
I also got PLD68 the other day, im getting closer to the end of this Unexpable Job lol.

[FFXI] Jackpot!

We finally droped something good off Silver Sea Remnants(Hikazu Kabuto - Siddharta, Deimos's Cuisses - me :D), We did some kind of new route (to us) which included 3 NM and Boss fight, another time i'd like to try this route plus citadel chelonian since we had 15 minutes left when we killed Mega boss, but unfortunately not before this drops Katsuras's Ea's Brais. Yea they haven't droped yet.. it's been like 2 month now that we don't drop those. I hope for better luck on boss drops this week honestly. I'm happy we got 2 35 in one run, but still for me it's the 4th piece while there are ppl who haven't got anything yet from salvage, i feel kinda sad for them and i want to try harder to get something for them too.
After salvage i did Baha #1 with Sid, for his new Sunday event. Got dragged in, it took so long to gather ppl, but in the end it went well(zerged).

Finally SE did something good?

[FFXI] Veteran HNMLS or PunkLS?

I'm seriously pissed about this. I want everyone to trust me im ashamed to have to do this, i didn't do anything like that but i feel like i should apologize to TDG for our behaviour. Making fun of other LS in party chat is allright (even when we had Zid telling TG what we were sayin lol), but what i heard we did last night is really childish. I've heard some of use were camping Niddy, and TDG had claim with low ppl, one of them was still running to DA, and when he arrived he was in seek, so one of us(kisho) invited and D2'd him. Then everybody who was there(but a few ppl) laughed and fucked around with TDGs in say(another thing who i cannot say to be proud lol) as if they were the one wrong lol.
The day after Jordie told me what happened, and that made me pissed. In the end i just said i thought we were better than other LS who use to shittalking in say and have bad behaviour at camps, and so many ppl supported me, i didn't knew so many ppl cared about it. But then again, if i didn't made that topic, no one would have ever even known about it, so i guess many ppl think Kisho did the right thing lol.
Late yesterday we got Khimaira, messed up a bit, my cannonballs were shitty but i pulled hate anyway, ill post some SS later maybe. Rahvin got Seveneyes off it.
Back on some normal shit, we did Silver Sea Remnant yesterday and Of course no drop. I'll post some pic of my Arse's Gauntlets later too, worth a shot since only thing they're worth 650k is the way they look.

[FFXI] Zebra Zachary's Turn

Entered Bhaflau Remnants yesterday, Did 3 Ramparts, First and second floor which didn't poped NM, and third which actually did. This doesn't proves yet my theory was right, but goes around that. It's the second 35 NM we get in 2 Runs, and it's feels really great. What was bad is that we popped it 7 times and it droped just once. Droped Deimos Gauntlets which made me finish Ares's Gauntlets.
These gauntlets are pretty useless and costs a lot, Easily replaceable with Hecatomb Mittens for any of the jobs who can use it, Maybe only thing it may be good for is Jump Macro, or Steel Cyclone/Raging Rush.
We still need 2 pieces from Zebra Zachary, so i guess it's not time yet to skip it:X, need mask for Briareo and another pair of Gauntlets for Medi.

Haidate, Haubergeons and Dramas

[FFXI] Jordie's HQ Hauby.

Today i tried again on Jordie's Hauby+1, I wanted to make one for her so bad, but lately i really couldn't seem to be able to do that, i tried on "the right" moon, on the "right day" but i never seemed to be able to HQ one until today. I lost a lot of money, and i didn't had for more tries. That's when she left me some damascus in delivery box before goin out of home for the weekend. I didn't wanted to use her damascus at first, because i feel bad at making her spend money for something I want. Well again i tried with her mats in the end, but i didn't HQ, i sold and i got new damascus, and then i finally got her an Haubergeon +1 signed by me.

Finally after lots of tries.

[FFXI] Finally Odin Again.

Finally we were able to fight Odin again, after delaying it for 3 weeks. We were about to skip this time too, in the end some ppl who didn't posted in the forum came. The fight went rather smooth, we had to slow down damage around 15% due to some deaths, but everything turned out good in the end. Droped Valhalla Breastplate, once again, no polearm which shows how my luck fails me again.

[FFXI] Being Disappointed.

I'd really like to spend some words on this week's disappointment. I've been helping LS with Sky Guards, after some suzaku, seiryu and genbu we ended up doin 4 byakkos, then i get told i would be able to lot the fourth pair of haidate if they drop, with someone who didn't farmed at all. I was hoping it would happen but in the end it didn't, so i skiped last byakko pop to go trying hauby pop before darksday ended. I was a bit mad, because i thougth after all the farm i did for noted i could have deserved a pair over someone else. I mean, we droped 3 haidate, 2 of these gone to ppl who didn't even had a job for it, another to someone who wasn't even there(2boxed char), I understand now i have a new sky LS, but as someone said, all my attendance within the LS are gone like this, i could lot with someoen who never farms. That's what i deserve from farming in sky with notED? I was there to help mainly, but seeing them give haidate to ppl like that made me feel really bad. Probably just my bad luck again, but LS didn't helped me lol. Bad luck because after 1 year of "no sky", after all that ppl doin sky "your pop your drop" style having the LS killing their guards and their kirin, i choosed to start sky with another LS. And even i get told the ppl who got haidate farmed a lot for that... and I didn't lol. Bah... just how i feel atm about it, like someone said, maybe i should have done like Reb:

[FFXI] More Disappointment.

Of course I'm talking about salvage. I'm sorry we can't seem to get that fucking Ea's Brais for Katsuras, and honestly now i want to get more done too, I can't do Silver Sea forever. We getting really nice run, like yesterday, we did Hammerblow, Gyroscopic Gear, Gyroscopic Gears and Mega Boss, with 10-15 minutes in advance, of course wrong drop from boss, Freyr(a MUST have, we ALWAYS get these), and at least Tsukikazu Sune-Ate.
We getting close to cap gear on this boss, 3 Tsukikazu and 2 Eas and we're capped lol. No SS about salvage today, would be another stupid SS of us doin boss anyway.
